Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Experience designing and delivering fitness programs, preferably with a digital component.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology and biomechanics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document online fitness programs.
• Create detailed exercise instructions and video scripts.
• Ensure programs are safe, effective, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with videographers and content creators to produce fitness content.
