Placements24 is seeking a certified Remote Fitness & Wellness Coach to join a fully remote team based in Cape Town. Design personalized fitness and wellness plans, provide virtual coaching sessions, and motivate clients to reach health goals from a home office.

Responsibilities include assessments, creating workouts and meal plans, delivering group and individual sessions, and tracking progress. Strong nutrition knowledge, virtual communication skills, and client confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized personal training or health coaching organization.
• Proven experience as a fitness or wellness coach with knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills, adept at virtual environments.
• Proficient with online coaching platforms, video conferencing, and health-tracking apps.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and maintain client confidentiality.
• Passion for health and wellness and commitment to client success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual client assessments to understand fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals.
• Develop personalized workout routines and meal plans tailored to client needs.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group coaching sessions via video conferencing and digital tools.
• Monitor client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as needed.
