The ideal candidate has CPT certification, 4+ years in program design (online-focused), and strong knowledge of exercise science with a talent for clear, motivating content.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPT or equivalent fitness certification (education).
• Minimum 4 years designing fitness programs, with online/remote experience.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics.
• Excellent ability to create clear, concise, motivating content.

Responsibilities

• Design diverse online fitness programs (strength, cardio, HIIT, flexibility).
• Create workout guides, video demos, and educational content.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure evidence-based, safe programs.
