Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Fitness Coach & Community Manager to join a digitally-focused fitness platform. You will deliver personalized online coaching, create engaging digital content, and foster a thriving online community from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent with demonstrated coaching experience.
Proven experience in online/digital community management.
Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
Proficiency with online coaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and social media management.
A strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and behaviour change principles.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized online fitness coaching sessions, including virtual one-on-one training and group classes.
Develop and deliver engaging digital fitness content such as workout plans, nutritional guidance, and motivational resources.
Actively manage and moderate the online community forums, social media groups, and engagement platforms.
Build rapport and provide consistent support to members, fostering a positive and motivating virtual environment.
Track member progress, provide feedback, and adapt coaching strategies to meet individual goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns to attract new members.
