You will operate primarily in East London with travel to client sites, maintaining detailed service records and staying current with product knowledge. A self-starter mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for travel.

Responsibilities
