Job summary

JUMO is seeking a Partner Integrations Specialist to lead end-to-end technical delivery of integrations across Africa. You will coordinate with product, engineering and partner teams, documenting requirements and driving deployments from inception through post-launch support.

This role requires hands-on technical analysis, RESTful APIs, and a willingness to travel. The role is remote-first in South Africa with on-site collaboration when needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience coordinating between multiple teams to deliver software products.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations.
• RESTful APIs, JSON/XML and cloud technologies.
• Familiar with Agile processes and software development lifecycles.
• Technical analysis and requirements gathering.
• Code-based diagrams, e.g. Mermaid or PlantUML.
• Stakeholder management and partner relationships.
• Ability to adapt communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the technical delivery of JUMO's products, from scoping to go-live and post-launch support.
• Lead partner-led deployments and coordinate after-hours maintenance windows.
• Present and lead technical demos to external partners or internal teams.
• Create and maintain technical integration documentation (sequence, architecture and diagrams).
• Act as the bridge between external partners and internal technical teams.
• Perform systems integration testing and user acceptance testing with test cases.
