Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the fintech growth narrative from a remote South Africa base. Own the content strategy and drive organic growth through storytelling and a strong digital presence.

You will craft articles, social content, newsletters, case studies, and AI-powered videos; manage LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube; build podcasts/webinars; optimize SEO; and nurture fintech communities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing or content-driven brand growth experience.
• Proven content marketing portfolio with measurable organic growth impact.
• Strong storytelling ability and exceptional written English.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven video content tools Gemini, Vio, SmartViti.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience in fintech, cross-border payments, or B2B SaaS (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy focused on fintech brand authority.
• Create long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies, and AI-powered video content.
• Manage organic presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and diaspora platforms.
• Launch and manage branded podcast or webinar series for thought leadership.
• Execute digital PR strategy with media outreach and speaking opportunities.
• Build foundational SEO strategy and optimize on-page content for organic growth.
• Nurture digital communities within fintech and cross-border payment ecosystems.
• Maintain rolling 30-day content calendar with consistent execution.
