Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance/Accounting; CA(SA) or equivalent essential.
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in a controller/senior role.
• Experience leading remote teams and driving financial strategy in distributed environments.
• Proficiency with IFRS and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, payroll.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management and board.
