Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Field Operations Manager to lead a remote operations team in the Oil & Gas value chain from a distributed setting. You will drive strategic plans, optimize production, maintenance and logistics, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining high performance across geographically dispersed assets.

This remote-first role requires exceptional leadership, clear communication, and the ability to leverage remote monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in field operations management within Oil & Gas.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and dispersed assets.
• Strong leadership, planning and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all field operations, remotely managing teams.
• Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Oversee production, maintenance, and logistics activities; optimize resource allocation.
• Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and safety within the operations team.
• Implement and manage remote monitoring systems to track performance.
• Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders.
