Placements24 seeks a skilled Field Network Technician to support Richards Bay and surrounding areas. Although the team is remote, you will travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment, ensuring clients receive reliable telecommunications services.

You will be the on-site expert, delivering high-quality service, collecting reports, and supporting customers with installations and configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Network Technician or similar field service role.
• Strong knowledge of network hardware installation and cabling standards.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware at customer premises.
