Qualifications

Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role, preferably in telecoms.
Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software relevant to telecommunications installations.
Strong understanding of network cabling, fibre optics, and basic networking principles.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; travel to multiple sites required.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test telecommunications equipment at customer sites.
Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair faults related to connectivity and equipment malfunctions.
