Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support, installation, or remote-capable roles.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with remote access tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Technical background or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote installation guidance and support for equipment setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and video.
- Develop and maintain documentation for installation procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct virtual training sessions on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
