Zusammenfassung

IQVIA is seeking a Data Acquisition Specialist - External Data (Remote/Homebased) to define, set up and ingest External Data Streams for clinical trials across diverse sources including ECG, imaging, biomarkers, EHR, wearables and more.

You will liaise with data stakeholders, develop tsDTA, ensure data transfer frequencies, perform UAT, and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and SDTM. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in clinical data management are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science.
• 3+ years managing data in clinical research.
• Experience with external data sources (e.g., ECG, biomarkers).
• Experience with external data providers in a clinical study setting.
• Experience developing data transfer agreements.
• Experience in clinical trials.
• Experience in diverse global teams.
• Knowledge of SDTM.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Aufgaben

• Execute deliverables for Standardized External Data Streams.
• Assess external data collection requirements per protocol and plan setup activities to meet study start-up timelines.
• Liaise with data stakeholders to establish data transfer purposes and data structure requirements.
• Create change requests for new data concepts or data structures.
• Develop data transfer agreements documenting study requirements and methods.
• Ensure data transfer frequencies meet study requirements.
• Liaise with external data providers to align tsDTA.
• Translate medical concepts into data mapping guidance per data model.
• UAT of test data transfers for accuracy against data specifications.
• Implement data transfer mechanisms for external streams into CDR.
• Monitor availability and accuracy of external data streams and resolve issues.
