Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Executive Chef in high-end catering or luxury hospitality.
• Culinary degree or equivalent extensive professional experience.
• Mastery of diverse culinary techniques and international cuisines.
• Strong cost control, inventory management, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and virtual collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools.
• Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Access to a professional kitchen setup for testing if required.
