Ideal candidates have 6+ years in culinary roles, 3+ as Sous Chef or higher, with luxury catering or fine dining experience, strong leadership, and comfort guiding remote teams while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive culinary experience including 3+ years at Sous Chef or higher in luxury catering or fine dining.
• Expertise in menu engineering, recipe development, and food costing.
• Strong knowledge of global cuisines, flavor profiles, and presentation techniques.
• Leadership and strong communication skills with remote teams.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing innovative menus for catering events.
• Research culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques to inform menus.
• Develop detailed recipes with scalable preparation instructions for remote execution.
