Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding catering arrangements for events.
• Develop and customize catering proposals, menus, and budgets in collaboration with clients and the culinary team.
• Coordinate all logistical details, including staffing, equipment, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate execution of catering plans.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all catering-related tasks are completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during planning or execution.
