Job summary

Scaled, a fast-growing international events and experiences company, is recruiting an Event Bookings Associate on a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent. Your focus will be on identifying new venue opportunities, building relationships, and turning leads into confirmed bookings in a high-speed, entrepreneurial environment.

You'll conduct outreach, negotiate terms, coordinate with operations, marketing and content teams, and play a key role in expanding into new cities and markets

Qualifications

• Ambition, energy and proactive attitude.
• Experience in sales, business development, operations, or fast-paced roles is welcome.
• Ability to manage high-speed, high-volume outreach and keep momentum.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new venues and locations.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to venue owners and managers.
• Negotiate and secure bookings to launch shows.
• Maintain momentum and accurate outreach records.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and content teams.
• Move opportunities quickly from outreach to booking.
• Be proactive in identifying blockers and solutions.
• Communicate confidently with external stakeholders.
