Are you ambitious, proactive and energised by moving quickly?
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international events and experiences company creating exciting live experiences across global markets.
They're looking for an Event Bookings Associate to help identify new venue opportunities, build relationships, secure bookings and get new shows launched.
This is not a traditional events administration role.
It's a high-output, commercially focused position where you'll spend a significant amount of your time researching venues, conducting outreach, following up, negotiating and turning opportunities into confirmed bookings.
The team operates at serious pace, with new shows sometimes going from venue sourcing to launch within just a few days.
We're therefore looking for someone who can move quickly, communicate brilliantly, stay organised and keep momentum without needing to be chased.
You don't need years of events experience. We’re open to candidates from sales, business development, operations, project management, partnerships, hospitality, events or similar fast-paced environments.
What matters most is your attitude, energy, commercial instinct and ability to get things done.
You'll work closely with the international bookings and operations team, helping the business expand into new cities, venues and markets.
Your goal is simple:
Find opportunities → start conversations → secure the venue → get the show launched.
You'll manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, work towards clear targets and collaborate with teams across operations, marketing, advertising, content and events.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility early in their career and enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Once a venue is secured, you'll help coordinate the information required to get the show live.
You'll work across:

You do not need extensive events experience to succeed here.
We're particularly interested in early-career, ambitious candidates who are hungry to prove themselves.
Someone with 1–5 years' experience in sales, operations, events, project management, partnerships or a similar environment could be an excellent fit.
Equally, an exceptional graduate with the right attitude, communication skills and drive could thrive.
We're less interested in whether you've held the exact job title before and more interested in whether you can:
Move quickly. Communicate well. Take ownership. Find opportunities. Get results.
You'll join a young, ambitious international team working across bookings, operations, marketing, advertising, content and events.
The business is scaling rapidly, with new shows and markets being launched continuously.
It's a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where speed, ownership and personality matter.
If you're someone who wants work hard, learn quickly and have a visible impact, you'll fit right in
