About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing international esports organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Esports Coach & Strategist to join their competitive division. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced strategies, guiding players through rigorous training regimens, and fostering a winning team culture for a specific competitive title. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of game mechanics, meta-analysis, and player psychology, combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with players, analysts, and management to achieve peak performance and secure tournament victories. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine game-specific strategies, including in-game tactics, compositions, and map control.
• Conduct in-depth VOD reviews and provide constructive feedback to individual players and the team.
• Design and oversee training schedules, scrim sessions, and practice routines to optimize player performance.
• Analyze opponent strategies and identify weaknesses to exploit.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented team environment.
• Communicate effectively with players, management, and other coaching staff to ensure alignment.
• Stay up-to-date with game updates, meta shifts, and emerging trends in the esports landscape.
• Motivate players and build team cohesion, especially in a remote setting.
• Manage player development plans and track progress towards performance goals.
• Lead team meetings and strategic discussions during practice and tournament play.
• Contribute to player scouting and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an esports coach, strategist, or high-level player in the specified game title.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, meta-analysis, and advanced strategic concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
