Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive coaching strategies for professional esports teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as an esports coach or analyst for competitive teams in a specific title (e.g., League of Legends, CS:GO, Valorant, Dota 2).
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, strategies, and meta-game dynamics for at least one major esports title.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Experience with replay analysis tools and performance tracking software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate team schedules and match times.
