You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced strategies, guiding players through rigorous training regimens, and fostering a winning team culture for a specific competitive title. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of game mechanics, meta-analysis, and player psychology, combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with players, analysts, and management to achieve peak performance and secure tournament victories.
