Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as an esports coach or high-level strategist in one or more popular competitive titles (e.g., League of Legends, CS:GO, Valorant, Dota 2).
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, strategic depth, and competitive meta across multiple esports genres.
• Proven ability to analyze gameplay, identify weaknesses, and develop effective strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Experience working with diverse international teams and cultures is a plus.
