Placements24 partners with a groundbreaking esports organization to recruit a Lead Esports Performance Coach. This fully remote role enables you to optimize performance across titles, mentor players, and design training plans from anywhere in the world, including regional hubs like Sandton.

You will analyze gameplay, conduct remote coaching sessions, and build development plans that drive high performance, teamwork, and resilience for an elite global roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of coaching or high‑level performance analysis experience.
• Deep understanding of competitive gaming, meta‑analysis, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to analyze gameplay data and video to provide actionable feedback.
• Strong leadership and remote communication skills.
• Experience with player psychology and mental performance coaching is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sports Science, Coaching, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours for global team schedules.
