This fully remote position is responsible for guiding and managing a professional e-sports team through rigorous training, strategic development, and competitive participation in major tournaments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of competitive gaming, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to foster a cohesive and high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies and schedules for the e-sports team, focusing on skill enhancement, teamwork, and strategic play.
• Analyze game meta, opponent strategies, and team performance to devise winning tactics and counter-strategies.
• Manage all aspects of team logistics for online competitions, including scheduling matches, coordinating with tournament organizers, and ensuring smooth technical setups.
• Foster a positive team culture, promoting discipline, communication, and mutual respect among players.
• Provide individual player coaching, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and implementing tailored development plans.
• Monitor player performance, well-being, and engagement, addressing any issues proactively.
• Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and strategies in the specific e-sports titles the team competes in.
• Collaborate with the organization's management on player recruitment, contract negotiations, and overall team strategy.
• Oversee player onboarding and ensure they understand team expectations and organizational values.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an e-sports coach or manager for a professional or semi-professional team in a relevant title (e.g., FPS, MOBA, RTS).
• Deep understanding of competitive gaming strategies, meta-game evolution, and in-game mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training programs and analyze gameplay effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and logistics.
• Experience with streaming platforms and content creation related to e-sports is a plus.
• A track record of success in competitive e-sports tournaments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
