This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational execution of all esports initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, a proven track record in project management, and a passion for driving growth within competitive gaming. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for all esports events and leagues.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple concurrent esports projects.
• Liaise with game publishers, tournament organizers, players, and broadcast partners.
• Oversee event logistics, including online platform management, scheduling, and participant communication.
• Implement and refine best practices for tournament operations and player welfare.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on key operational KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in esports operations.
• Foster strong relationships within the esports community and represent our client at relevant industry events (virtually or in-person as needed).
• Contribute to the development of new esports products and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in esports operations, event management, or a similar role within the gaming industry.
• Demonstrable experience managing large-scale online and/or offline esports tournaments.
• In-depth knowledge of popular esports titles, competitive scenes, and tournament formats.
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
