Job summary

Overseas is seeking an ERP Implementation and Support Specialist to become the internal expert for our proprietary ERP system. You will own end-to-end ERP knowledge, train team members across departments, and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption across the organization.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role requiring deep system learning, with a 100% remote setup and availability during US business hours. You will join a growing company building its operational infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of an ERP system and training across departments.
• Experience training or supporting non-technical end users.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train users across departments.
• Provide ongoing ERP support and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain SOPs, guides, and process maps.
• Monitor system adoption and identify underutilization and gaps.
