Job summary

Overseas is seeking an ERP Implementation and Support Specialist to become the internal expert for a proprietary ERP system. You will own ERP knowledge, train teams, support users, and drive adoption across the organization.

The role is 100% remote with US business hours and USD compensation, paid bi-monthly. As the internal subject matter expert, you will document workflows, assist with system updates, and ensure users are confident operating the ERP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with at least one ERP platform.
• Experience training or supporting non-technical end users in ERP or similar software environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP onboarding and training for multiple departments.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and process maps for ERP workflows.
• Monitor adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
