Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or maintenance with remote assistance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical/electrical/software issues.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for installed equipment and systems.
• Guide field technicians and clients through diagnostic procedures and repair steps via phone, video calls, and chat.
• Analyze performance data and error logs to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
• Manage and prioritize incoming support requests using the company's ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary, providing detailed case notes.
