Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain project management tools and databases with up-to-date information.
• Assist with resource allocation and budget tracking as directed by project managers.
• Identify and escalation potential project risks or issues.
• Organize and archive project-related documents.
• Support the onboarding process for new project team members.
