Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a relevant degree in business or tech.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Familiarity with PM software like Asana, Trello or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines.
• Coordinate project-related activities and tasks among team members.
• Maintain project documentation including status reports and meeting minutes.
• Track progress and identify roadblocks or delays.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Organize and schedule project meetings, internal and external.
• Support in resource allocation and management for project tasks.
• Assist in preparing presentations and updates for management.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies and best practices.
• Utilize PM software and tools for tracking and reporting.
