Blacksmith Agency is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to cover South Africa. You will own top-of-funnel outreach, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful, personalized outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce, and requires you to manage your own pipeline while delivering high-quality engagement from a remote South African base.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar, preferably in SaaS or agency.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
