Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to research accounts, identify decision makers, and book qualified meetings in our outbound program.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain a healthy pipeline, and help drive the top of the funnel for Enterprise clients. This is a full-time remote role with a strong emphasis on quality outreach over volume.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
