Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking driven Sales Development Representatives to open doors and build pipeline. You will research targets, identify decision makers and book meetings with qualified prospects, representing Blacksmith Agency in executive outreach.

Remote role within SA; you’ll use LinkedIn, SalesLoft and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outreach, maintain clean CRM data, and help surface top opportunities for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
