Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their virtual team. You will manage the full recruitment process for graduate programs, internships and junior positions, sourcing candidates and matching them with client needs.

This role offers a fully remote environment, competitive commission, and the opportunity to shape careers for graduates while building strong talent pipelines with universities and employers.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on graduate or entry-level hiring.
• Strong understanding of the graduate job market and candidate expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pools and client requirements remotely.
• Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive approach and a passion for developing early careers.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen high-potential graduates and entry-level candidates using online platforms and university connections.
• Conduct engaging interviews and assessment activities to evaluate candidates for junior roles.
• Manage relationships with university career services and student organizations to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with clients to understand their graduate recruitment needs and program structures.
• Facilitate the offer and onboarding process for successful graduate placements.
• Organize and participate in virtual career fairs and recruitment events.
