Job summary

The ideal candidate is an Admitted Attorney with 3-5 years of employment law experience, strong drafting and advisory skills, and a track record before CCMA and Labour Courts.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 3-5 years of experience specifically in employment law.
• Solid understanding of the BCEA, LRA, EEA, and other relevant labour legislation.
• Experience appearing before the CCMA and other relevant forums.
• Strong research, drafting, and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and compliance with labour legislation.
• Represent clients in the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, and Labour Courts.
• Draft and review employment policies, procedures, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic advice on managing employee relations.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and developments in employment law.
