Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Email and Outbound Specialist to own high-volume outbound prospecting for a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand with national retail presence. You will manage lead lists in Google Sheets, monitor automated sends, and keep Salesforce accurate and current.

This is an email-first outbound role with automation-led sequences. You will craft sharp follow-ups, reactivate inactive accounts, and maintain a clean pipeline while meeting daily metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound email sales or SDR roles.
• Excellent written English and clear outreach emails.
• Comfort using automated outbound systems and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM for logging activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and outbound email operations, including adding qualified leads and monitoring sequences.
• Follow up on replies promptly and drive prospects forward in the pipeline.
• Write clear, concise follow-up emails that avoid spam and move conversations forward.
• Maintain a structured outreach cadence across cold, warm, and stalled accounts.
