Overseas is hiring an Email and Outbound Specialist for a high-volume outbound prospecting role in a fast-growing, better-for-you snack brand with national retail reach. You will own lead lists, monitor automated emails, react to replies, and keep Salesforce fresh and accurate.

The role is 100% remote, with US Eastern Time hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM–6 PM). Expect metrics-driven work, structured playbooks, and a strong emphasis on timely follow-ups to move opportunities forward.

Job description

We're looking for a Email and Outbound Specialist to own high-volume outbound email prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand with retail placement across 15 or more regional grocery chains. You will add leads to Google Sheets, monitor automated email sends, follow up on replies, re-activate inactive accounts, and keep Salesforce accurate and current.

This is an email-first outbound role. The company runs outbound primarily through automated email sequences rather than cold calling. Your job is to build and manage the lead list, ensure the automation is running correctly, respond to replies quickly, and keep the pipeline clean and moving. If you are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working within an automated outbound system, and can write sharp follow-up emails that move conversations forward, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Lead Management and Outbound Email Operations

• Research and add qualified leads to Google Sheets for outbound email sequences
• Monitor automated email sends to ensure accuracy and deliverability
• Follow up on replies promptly and move engaged prospects forward in the pipeline
• Write clear, concise follow-up emails that do not read as spam and keep conversations moving
• Maintain a structured outreach cadence across cold, warm, and stalled accounts

Account Follow-Up and Reactivation

• Follow up consistently with inactive or stalled accounts to re-engage and move them forward
• Support reorders, account expansion, and reactivation outreach for existing customers
• Track open conversations and ensure no warm lead goes cold

CRM and Pipeline Management

• Log all outreach activity and conversation updates accurately in Salesforce
• Maintain clean CRM data with clear next steps on every account at all timesHit daily activity targets and monthly pipeline creation goals consistently

What You Bring

• Prior experience in outbound email sales, lead generation, or a similar email-driven SDR role
• Strong written English communication skills with the ability to write clear, personalized outreach and follow-ups that generate responses
• Comfortable working within an automated outbound email system including managing lead lists in Google Sheets and monitoring send performance
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for logging activity and managing pipeline
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of leads and conversations simultaneously
• Fast typing and strong computer literacy across multiple tools
• Available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time with reliable high-speed internet
• Self-disciplined, coachable, and comfortable being measured against daily and monthly metrics

Nice to Have

• Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or consumer brand sales
• Familiarity with grocery or regional retail distribution channels
• Experience using sales engagement or automation platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar tools
• Background managing outbound email sequences and lead lists at scale
