Overseas is hiring an Email and Outbound Specialist for a high-volume outbound prospecting role in a fast-growing, better-for-you snack brand with national retail reach. You will own lead lists, monitor automated emails, react to replies, and keep Salesforce fresh and accurate.

The role is 100% remote, with US Eastern Time hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM–6 PM). Expect metrics-driven work, structured playbooks, and a strong emphasis on timely follow-ups to move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outbound email sales or lead generation.
• Strong written English with personalized outreach.
• Comfortable with automated outbound systems and leading lists in Sheets.
• Experience logging activity in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Highly organized with ability to juggle high lead volumes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Outbound Email Operations: add qualified leads to Sheets, monitor sends, follow up promptly, write effective follow-ups, maintain outreach cadence.
