Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Email Marketing Automation Specialist to join our fully remote marketing team. You will design, implement, and optimize automated email campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions across platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in email marketing, strong technical aptitude, and a data-driven mindset. You will craft targeted journeys, segment audiences, and continually test and refine communications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, CS or related field.
3+ years of email marketing experience with a focus on automation platforms.
Experience designing and implementing complex automated email workflows.
Proficiency with major automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and testing.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy automated email workflows and campaigns.
Develop segmentation strategies for targeted, personalized communications.
Create compelling email content and subject lines, ensuring brand consistency.
Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
Ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM) and collaborate with marketing teams.
Troubleshoot delivery issues and stay current with email marketing trends.
