• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with leadership or senior technical role.

• Deep expertise in power electronics, renewable energy systems (solar, wind, battery storage), or related fields.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with simulation and design tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium Designer).
• Excellent understanding of project management principles and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for a remote environment.
