Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems or Renewable Energy.
• 15+ years of extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on renewable energy project development and design.
• Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
• Deep understanding of grid integration, power electronics, protection systems, and energy storage technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and lead teams in a fully remote setting.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with industry-standard design and simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT, PSCAD).
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration or equivalent international accreditation is highly preferred.
• Commitment to working remotely and availability for occasional virtual meetings outside of standard hours.
