Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering design teams for renewable energy projects.

• Oversee the selection and specification of major electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, inverters, and cables.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on renewable energy (solar, wind).
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex, large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of power system analysis, grid integration, and protection engineering.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD, DIgSILENT).
• Expert understanding of international codes and standards relevant to renewable energy (IEC, IEEE).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, specifically for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration is highly desirable.
