Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or support roles preferred.
• Excellent empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help the elderly.
• Strong verbal and written communication for effective remote interaction.
• Proficiency with video conferencing software and mobile apps.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Stable internet connection and private workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and other admin tasks remotely.
• Educate clients and families about available community resources and services.
• Monitor client well-being through regular virtual check-ins and communications.
• Escalate risks or concerns to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist clients in accessing online services (telehealth, grocery ordering).
• Maintain confidential client records and logs.
• Collaborate with family and healthcare professionals for care coordination.
