You will write job posts, source candidates across LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, niche boards, and direct outreach, screen Loom submissions, and run first interviews to build qualified shortlists quickly.

Qualificações

• 2+ years recruiting ecommerce talent, in-house or agency.
• Ability to distinguish real marketing roles from vague descriptions.
• Headhunting track record with passive candidates.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Write compelling job posts and adapt posts for each channel.
• Post and distribute roles across LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, niche boards, and social channels.
• Source and headhunt top performers currently employed at other DTC brands or agencies.
• Screen applications and Loom submissions; verify portfolios and results.
• Conduct first interviews and share notes with fit rationale.
• Manage pipeline; push candidates through tests and interviews with speed.
• Provide weekly pipeline and time-to-hire reporting.
