Job summary

BC Recruitment is a small, fast-growing recruitment agency that places multilingual people with international employers across Europe and beyond. We are building a team of freelance recruiters in South Africa, working remotely on flexible hours to fill 100+ open roles in 30+ languages.

You will source candidates, screen through interviews, and move them through offer and start date processes. Earn performance-based payouts with no cap, plus a structured base after a 3-month trial tied to your

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn, groups and referrals.
• Experience hiring multilingual candidates or those who relocate.
• Ability to source across Europe and work EU roles.
• Fluent English; another European language is a bonus.

BC Recruitment is a small, fast-growing recruitment agency that places multilingual people with international employers across Europe and beyond. We're not a big corporate with layers of HR. We're building a real team of freelance recruiters who grow with us, look out for each other, and get rewarded for the results they bring. We're now looking for recruiters in South Africa.

About the role

• Independent contractor, fully remote, on your own hours
• You work on open roles from our list and find candidates yourself
• You screen candidates and keep them engaged through interviews, offer and start date
• We handle the employer side, so you can focus on finding people
• You get the role details, scripts, a screening template and fast feedback on every candidate, straight from the founder

What you earn

• Performance-based payouts for every successful placement: typically €300 to €1,000+ per placement, depending on the role
• No cap on your earnings. Like in sales, your results decide what you make.
• After a 3-month trial period, recruiters who make 3 or more placements a month also get a monthly base of €100 to €500, set by their results
• We invest in recruiters who perform: better payouts, first pick of new roles, and support such as tools and paid ads to grow your pipeline
• You're paid your share when the employer pays us. Every employer has its own payment terms, so timing differs by role, and we tell you the terms before you start on one
• We walk you through everything in the first call

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally high-volume hiring (customer service, sales, call centres)
• Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn, groups, communities, referrals, not only posting ads
• Experience hiring multilingual people or people who relocate is a big plus
• You can find candidates across Europe, not only locally: most of our roles need people who can already work in the EU
• Fluent English; another European language is a bonus
• Hungry, reliable and quick to reply, with at least 10 hours a week
• You want to build something with a team, not just pick up tasks
