Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Early Years Educational Consultant & Trainer to join our virtual team. You will provide strategic guidance to childcare institutions, develop educator training programs, and deliver online workshops to enhance pedagogical practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in Early Childhood Education with 10+ years in curriculum development and teacher training, and demonstrates strong communication, LMS proficiency, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Proven experience designing and delivering training and consultancy, including virtual settings.
Expertise in national and international early years frameworks (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide expert consultancy on curriculum development, pedagogy, and operational practices.
Design and deliver online training modules and workshops for educators.
Develop customized educational resources tailored to client needs.
Conduct virtual assessments and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
Stay updated on trends in early childhood education and lead online group discussions.
