Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Early Childhood Education or related field.
7+ years of experience in early childhood education, programs, or consulting.
Proven track record in curriculum development and pedagogy improvement.
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
Excellent communication and remote client interaction skills.
Ability to manage multiple consulting projects independently.
Experience in adult learning and professional development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation on curriculum development and implementation.
Advise on best practices in early years pedagogy and child-centered learning.
Develop recommendations for program enhancements and quality improvements.
Design and deliver professional development for early years educators.
Evaluate programs and provide strategic guidance for growth.
Stay abreast of research, trends, and policy changes in early childhood education.
Develop reports, proposals, and client presentations.
Facilitate remote workshops for educators and administrators.
