Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development for early years education.
• Demonstrated expertise in early childhood pedagogy, child development, and learning theories.
• Proven ability to design engaging, effective, and innovative educational content.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms and content creation tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in developing remote learning resources is a plus.
• Strong understanding of South African early childhood education frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a high-quality, engaging curriculum for early years education (ages 0-5).
