Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Remote Early Years Curriculum Designer to conceptualize and develop innovative educational programs for children aged 2-6. This fully remote, contract-based role requires deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and digital content creation.

You will design comprehensive curriculum frameworks, create engaging activities, and collaborate with experts to deliver high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of curriculum design experience for early years (ages 2-6).
• Knowledge of EYFS, Reggio Emilia, Montessori or similar frameworks.
• Experience creating digital learning content and resources.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for ages 2-6 aligned with international standards.
• Create engaging learning activities, games, and resources for digital and print.
• Incorporate play-based learning and age-appropriate assessments.
• Research educational technologies and resources for early years education.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, illustrators, and multimedia developers.
• Ensure content is inclusive and culturally responsive.
• Develop teacher guides and parent support materials.
• Review and revise materials based on feedback and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Stay updated on trends in early childhood education and curriculum design.
