Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly creative and experienced Remote Early Years Curriculum Developer to design digital learning modules for ages 3-6. You will work with an international team to craft engaging, play-based content that aligns with developmental standards and pedagogy.

The role requires 5+ years of curriculum design experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This fully remote position supports global education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design for early years, preferably with a digital focus.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences for young children.
• Strong understanding of child development stages and learning theories.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools and learning management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Portfolio showcasing previous curriculum development work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate curriculum content for digital platforms for early years learners.
• Create learning objectives, activities, assessments, and educational materials aligned with developmental standards.
• Incorporate play-based learning, storytelling, and interactive elements into curriculum design.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and animators to visualize and produce digital learning assets.
• Ensure content is pedagogically sound, culturally sensitive, and inclusive.
• Conduct research on best practices in early childhood education and ed-tech.
• Pilot and refine curriculum based on user feedback and performance data.
• Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
• Contribute to the overall educational vision and strategy of the company.
